Challenge and Solution.
The Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship (ECE) was looking for an easy-to-use solution that would help them manage and organise their various workspaces. With 17 meeting and conference rooms, a flexible scheduling tool was essential. ECE also wanted to give extra value to their members, by providing more than just a booking tool. This made Bisner’s all-in-one solution a perfect fit for them.
With Bisner, they now have a seamless real-time room booking solution. With almost 1,000 members, it was originally difficult for ECE to handle the large volume of bookings manually. ECE also implemented our Room Display feature to provide touch reservation and prevent meeting interruptions.
Bisner’s Service Maintenance feature helps ECE easily maintain its 10,000 m2 workspace, with members able to quickly submit service requests from their Bisner mobile application. Members can also access an online community newsfeed to stay informed of relevant ECE information and upcoming events.
